This homely Swedish knitwear company has a focus on sustainability and quality. They’re easy to like, but despite their impressive 125 year old history they were not quite in the position they wanted to be.
Sätila didn’t get the attention they deserved. They didn’t rank on the first page even in their main markets and categories. Their return on ads spent-levels with paid activities were mediocre at best, and not properly optimized.
Our people entered back in early 2020. Meanwhile Sätila was starting the redesign of their website, switching to a CMS/E-com project.
We helped set up the navigational structure, tracking and the categorization. We then went on to change the entire campaign structure for both Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
The retrospect – summary
We were there as the company set up their first e-commerce platform. With our help Sätila got the fresh start they deserved, turning revenues around with some smart efforts aimed at the right places at the right time. we created a scalable solution that could benefit the company in the long run – prepping for another 125 years of great knitwear!
This company was founded in frustration with an agency system that is largely tied to a number of hours instead of striving to improve results.
